Email confirmation of online ordering will be received at your designated email address within a few minutes of ordering,
We normally ship goods within Australia or abroad via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers within 1-3 working days, with the exception of bulky goods, destined for remote areas.

Small parcels up to 500g within Australia will be sent via Express Australia Post  ($12.50). However, small parcels up to 500g overseas will be shipped via Express Australia Post International ($25). Free shipping is applicable for minimum order meeting the following requirements:

• $100 Melbourne Metro.
• $200 Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Geelong, Regional Vic, and Albury areas, Brisbane, SE Qld, Wollongong, Perth, Central NSW, Hunter Region NSW, Nth Coast NSW, Mt Gambier.
• $500 Rest of Australia (Excluding remote areas)
• We reserve the right to charge a fee for bulky items to remote areas. Please contact us for a quote.
• We also reserve the right to choose the best available freight option for you based on your location and order size.
